This position serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure flawless execution from inquiry through event completion.</p><div style="border-style:none none solid;border-bottom-width:1.5pt;padding:0in 0in 1pt"><p style="border:none;padding:0in"><br/><b>Core Job Responsibilities & Duties</b><b>­­­­­</b></p></div><div class="x"></div><ul><li>Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries for meetings, events, and group bookings</li><li>Prepare proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs)</li><li>Coordinate site tours and assist with client presentations</li><li>Maintain accurate client records, forecasts, and event details in sales systems</li><li>Support the sales team in achieving revenue and occupancy goals</li><li>Coordinate logistics for meetings, weddings, corporate events, and social functions</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events</li><li>Communicate event details clearly to operations, banquet, culinary, and front desk teams</li><li>Ensure event setups, timelines, and service standards are executed as contracted</li><li>Conduct post-event follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify future opportunities</li><li>Manage event calendars and ensure scheduling accuracy</li><li>Assist with billing, deposits, and final invoicing</li><li>Maintain organized files for contracts, permits, and event documentation</li><li>Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and sales reports as needed</li><li>Assist with scheduling meetings for vendors, executives, and other team members</li></ul><div style="border-style:none none solid;border-bottom-width:1.5pt;padding:0in 0in 1pt"><p style="border:none;padding:0in;margin-bottom:10px"><br/><b>Qualification Standards & Company Requirements</b></p></div><div class="x"></div><ul><li class="x">Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospitality sales, events, catering, or hotel operations preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Professional, service-oriented demeanor with strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with hotel sales or event systems a plus</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules</li><li class="x">Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment</li><li class="x">Must have a flexible work schedule</li></ul><p align="center" style="text-align:center;margin-bottom:10px">*Please note that specific job requirements and responsibilities may vary depending on the company’s policies, size, and other factors*</p><p>Powered by JazzHR</p>
