Responsibilities: <ul><li> Supervise and manage the tax department, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time.</li><li> Provide expert tax planning advice to clients, helping them to minimize their tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.</li><li> Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company's business objectives.</li><li> Train, mentor, and develop junior staff, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles.</li><li> Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring they are accurate and compliant.</li><li> Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.</li><li> Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company and clients are always compliant.</li><li> Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a cohesive approach to financial management.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li> Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.</li><li> Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior tax role, with proven experience supervising and training staff.</li><li> Strong knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all related tax issues.</li><li> Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.</li><li> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.</li><li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, auditors, and tax authorities.</li><li> Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.</li><li> Proficiency in relevant tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li> Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.</li><li> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
