Role Overview: A&Hisseekingamotivatedanddetail-orientedMarketingSpecialisttojoinourgrowing marketing team.Theidealcandidatewillbe deeply involvedintheimplementationofmarketingstrategies,the coordination ofmarketing campaignsandtradeshows,andsupportbrandinitiativesthroughamixofdigitalandin-personoutreach.Thisrole includes up to 50% travel across the US, primarily in PA,WV,andOHforindustrytradeshows,events,and promotional activities.  This role reports to the Marketing Manager at A&H. This is a remote role, but must be based within 50 miles of one of our locations of: Zelienople (Pittsburgh), Gahanna (Columbus), Independence (Cleveland), Somerset, PA, or Harrisburg, PA. Essential Responsibilities:<ul><li style="margin-right:36px;margin-left:32px">Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of tradeshows and promotional appearances</li><li style="margin-right:36px;margin-left:32px">Support the Marketing Manager in planning for all other A&H Equipment events as directed</li><li style="margin-right:36px;margin-left:32px">Create, edit, and distribute marketing materials including digital content, brochures, presentations, and emails as approved by the Marketing Manager</li><li style="margin-right:36px;margin-left:32px">Assist social media channels by building content and creating content schedules, driving engagement</li><li style="margin-right:36px;margin-left:32px">Partner with IT team to build and maintain marketing mailing lists</li><li style="margin-right:36px;margin-left:32px">Support marketing campaigns as directed by Marketing Manager. </li><li style="margin-right:36px;margin-left:32px">Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions and report to Marketing Manager</li><li style="margin-right:36px;margin-left:32px">Assist with coordinating with external vendors, printers, and media contacts</li><li style="margin-right:36px;margin-left:32px">Travel to industry events and customer-facing opportunities throughout PA, WV, & OH</li></ul>Education and Experience Requirements: <ul style="margin-top:2px"><li style="margin-top:2px;margin-left:36px">Bachelor’s degreein marketing,communications, business,ora relatedfield required.</li><li style="margin-left:36px">1+yearofexperienceinamarketingsupportoradministrativerole highly preferred, including internship experience</li><li style="margin-left:32px">Graphicdesignorvideoeditingexperienceisaplus</li><li style="margin-left:32px">Workingknowledgeofsocialmediaplatforms and email marketing tools highly preferred</li><li style="margin-left:32px">Proficiency and past experience with at least one of the following tools: Canva, AdobeCreative Suite, and/or HubSpot required<ul><li style="margin-left:27px">Experience with CRM platforms including MS Dynamics and/or CDK a bonus </li></ul></li><li style="margin-left:36px">FamiliaritywithSEO,GoogleAnalytics,andmarketingperformancemetrics highly preferred</li><li style="margin-left:32px">Workingknowledgeofsocialmediaplatformsandemailmarketingtools</li><li style="margin-left:32px">ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeSuite</li><li style="margin-left:32px">Abilitytotravelandrepresentthecompanyinaprofessionalandengagingmanner</li><li style="margin-left:32px">Highlyorganized,self-motivated,andabletohandlemultipleprojectssimultaneously</li></ul> The base salary range for this position is $54,500-$62,500, depending on fitness and relevant experience.</div></div>Powered by JazzHR
