Responsibilities: Diagnosis, Repair, and Maintenance: In this position, the Property Engineer will use their knowledge of building construction, construction materials, structural systems, HVAC, plumbing systems, electrical systems, building envelope, roofing, interior walls, ceilings, and flooring to diagnosis problems, make repairs, and/or refer issues to the appropriate contractor or property manager, as directed. While Federal Realty is one of the largest publicly traded real estate investment trusts in the country (as measured by the value of our assets), we function and operate as a small company.
