Come be a part of the revolution!   About the Role: Building MaintenanceAs a Maintenance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for the residents at Heritage House in Atlantic. As a Skilled Building Maintenance Professional, you will:  <ul><li>Perform advanced maintenance and repairs in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanics.</li><li>Conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance.</li><li>Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal.</li><li>Oversee and coordinate with external contractors.</li><li>Transport residents to and from appointments.</li></ul>Opening: <ul><li>Full-Time- 7AM-3:30PM, rotating weekends and on-call  </li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>5 years of hands-on experience in construction trades or facility maintenance, preferred</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks across departments.</li></ul>Community Location: 1200 Brookridge Cir, Atlantic, IA 50022What We Offer We know a great career is about more than just a paycheck — it's about belonging, growth, and making a difference.  At WesleyLife, we provide:   Compensation & Flexibility: <ul><li>The starting pay range for this position is $18-$25/ hour.
