What Youll Do: As our Maintenance Director, you will lead all maintenance operations and preserve the physical integrity of our community, directly impacting the lives of our residents and the success of our team by: Leading and managing our maintenance team and drivers, ensuring high performance through effective selection, training, coaching, and evaluation. Ensuring the highest quality of building and grounds appearance, performing painting, carpet cleaning, and other installations and repairs, and overseeing exterior maintenance for safety.
