Regulatory Compliance : Manage the Department of Insurance filings, develop filing strategies and collaborate with product analysts to coordinate required documentation, draft and coordinate objection responses, monitor timelines and engage with regulators to bring strategic actions to market. The State Manager partners closely with Actuarial, Underwriting, Finance, Operations, Legal, Sales & Marketing and Claims to influence decisions, align priorities, and ensure products remain competitive, compliant, profitable, and aligned with Arbella’s objectives.
