This individual will oversee an approximately 88,000-square-foot headquarters facility as well as leased properties and will be responsible for facilities operations, preventive maintenance, safety, security, vendors, contractors, budgets, commercial leases and workplace operations. This is a highly visible leadership position for someone who can operate at both the strategic and tactical levels — developing facilities plans and budgets while also walking the building, inspecting work, resolving issues and holding vendors accountable.
