Oversee communication and coordination between assigned locations and shared services such as Purchasing Department, Design Department, Accounting Department, Human Resources Department, Talent Recruiting Department, Safety & Fleet Department, IT Department, Marketing Department, Billing Department and similar. The MROM role involves overseeing the daily operations including sales, design and field activities of each region, managing or coordinating staff, implementing company processes and monitoring safety, financial and KPI performance.
