Collaborate with colleagues across program home colleges to ensure student needs and program-specific requirements are effectively supported, align student success processes and communications across multiple colleges to promote consistency and clarity for students, serve as a liaison between CDS, BUV, and partner colleges to coordinate policies, timelines, and student support strategies, identify and resolve cross-college operational challenges related to the student experience, and ensure compliance with varying college and university policies while maintaining a seamless student experience. Provide comprehensive academic advising to a portfolio of high-volume online students, guiding them in planning their path to degree completion, conducting outreach to support semester-to-semester re-enrollment, monitoring academic progress and recommending solutions to academic or administrative challenges, and maintaining current knowledge of program requirements, policies, and student services.
