li>Escort patients to campus activities, off-grounds appointments and provides level of observation assigned to patient during escort; provides accountability of assigned patient at all times; documents patient location every 30 minutes; assists patient with activities of daily living, personal clothing care, daily household chores, daily hygiene. Programs include inpatient interventions, jail-based evaluations, supervised group home and residential programs, forensic evaluation, care, custody, and aftercare; intermediate and long-term psychiatric services are coordinated with the total system of care in Louisiana.
