RNs will provide rapid triage, comprehensive patient assessment, stabilization, trauma and medical resuscitation, and the simultaneous management of multiple high-acuity patients while demonstrating sound clinical judgment, advanced critical care skills, effective prioritization, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver timely, high-quality, life-saving patient care. RNs will provide emergency care in a high-volume, fast-paced environment serving a diverse patient population with trauma activations, medical emergencies, cardiac events, stroke alerts, psychiatric crises, and complex multi-system conditions across the full spectrum of acuity, from minor illness to critical resuscitation.
