SUMMARY: The AHD Licensed Vocational Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents for a designated time frame and provides care to these residents via the nursing process, in collaboration with health care team members, under the direction of the Registered Nurse. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licenses and certifications, departmental equity, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and the operational needs of the organization.
