Psychiatry Residency Training Director - Psychiatrist Boston Medical CenterPsychiatry Residency Training Director - PsychiatristMAp>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: Prepare the resident graduates with the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and lifelong quest for learning necessary to successfully achieve certification and eventual maintenance of certification by their discipline's American Board of Medical Specialties' (ABMS) specialty board and to provide contemporary state-of-the-art patient care throughout one's practice career. Have oversight of the clinical work of psychiatry trainees, serving as site director of their clinical rotation and ensuring that their clinical work and documentation are consistent with current best practices along with participation in the provision of psychiatric coverage after business hours during weekends and holidays through the on-call system.
