The Designated Site Psychologist is responsible for conducting psychological evaluations which specifically address fitness for duty, safety, and security concerns for the Human Reliability Program (HRP) and Nuclear Explosive Duties, HRP-certified individuals, and others as directed by the Site Occupation Medical Director (SOMD and assigned by the Lead Designated Site Psychologist. Proficient computer skills including use of computer software applications for drafting documents, data management and tracking, and communications (email, video conferencing, instant messaging, etc.), especially those programs in use by DOE (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Access Database, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.).
