Under general supervision, provides psychological assessment, diagnosis, individual, group, couples, and family therapy, case management services, referral, and follow-up for patients with acute, chronic, or moderate to severe mental disorders, or with psychological/behavioral factors affecting physical health. The Psychologist provides integrated behavioral health care in a primary care setting, including brief assessment and intervention for a wide variety of patients of all ages and implementing clinical care pathways to improve population health.
