The Specialist will design and deliver monthly professional development sessions, provide embedded coaching to school-based teams, facilitate cross-district Learning Communities, and support the development of sustainable systems for identifying and serving students with behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health needs. This role focuses on building sustainable, data-driven systems that improve identification, intervention, and progress monitoring for student mental health and social-emotional needs within MTSS, PBIS, and Community School frameworks.
