Operate power and hand tools to complete job assignments in a timely manner, able to use diagnostic tools, such as but not limited to: Amp Meters, Voltmeters, OHM meters, compound gauges and pressure gauges etc. to find and determine source of power and gas issues using voltmeter or gauges. Recognize required needs, repairs, adjustments, or replacement of equipment, perform routine to complex maintenance and repair work on all mechanical and electrical equipment and systems throughout the property, responsible for completion of all jobs assigned by Dispatch or Management, and maintain logbook.
