Program Development: Provide clinical supervision to postdoctoral fellows, master's level psychometricians (psychology associates), and doctoral externs in clinical psychology: Plan and execute weekly individual supervision sessions for pre-licensed clinicians, including training, direct and indirect observation (including live observations, video-based observations, and review of permanent products), and progress monitoring. Customer Orientation - Demonstrates concern for satisfying one's external and/or internal customers; quickly and effectively solves customer problems; talks to customers (internal or external) to find out what they want and how satisfied they are with what they are getting; finds ways to measure and track customer satisfaction.
