Position Overview: Under the direction of the Team Leader-Licensed or Wellness Clinician-Licensed, provides direct services to individuals to secure and maintain permanent housing, assesses history, current needs and preferences of person’s served in the areas of mental health and substance use. Assess individual’s daily living skills, and teach individual’s needed skills in the areas of budgeting, cooking, laundry, cleaning, shopping, personal hygiene and self-advocacy issues.
