Responsibilities include providing comprehensive assessments by collecting all information outlined in the program's Biopsychosocial Assessment Form, providing and updating diagnostic impressions based on information collected from the assessments, developing treatment plans by establishing treatment goals with the client and obtaining client/parent's signatures on treatment plan, and implementing treatment by providing psychotherapy in accordance with the diagnosis and treatment plan. Wisconsin state certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Counselor In-Training (LPC-IT) or Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (CAPSW) licensure.
