Utilizing your proven leadership, networking and relationship building skills to cultivate key community connections, you will drive success and expand the reach of our community offerings by strategically identifying and engaging community partners and activating and empowering volunteers, especially in new, under-resourced and rural communities. As a successful community mobilizer who will manage multiple program delivery volunteers annually, you will generate excitement and enthusiasm in the community for the cause, coach and inspire your volunteers to implement proven strategies and best practices that result in increased community presence and serve more people with awareness, education and support year over year.
