Working collaboratively with clinical, operational, marketing, communications, human resources, government relations, and executive leadership teams, the Program Director ensures alignment of stakeholder engagement strategies with organizational priorities while fostering exceptional service, community trust, and long-term partnership growth. Serves as the primary liaison between the hospital and key external stakeholders, including employers, physicians, medical staff leadership, business organizations, economic development groups, workforce development agencies, chambers of commerce, community organizations, educational institutions, and government officials.
