This individual will be responsible for advancing the Club's mission, supporting the Board of Directors, managing day-to-day operations, strengthening programs and services, leading staff and volunteers, overseeing finances and compliance, and building strong relationships with families, schools, funders, community partners, elected officials, and other stakeholders. The role requires leadership of overall planning and operations, support to the Board of Directors, financial and administrative management, community relations, fundraising, program oversight, staff leadership, and attention to safety and compliance responsibilities.
