This person will advocate for visitors, members, and volunteers while developing and empowering their team, collaborating across departments, and bringing warmth, clarity, and accountability to their leadership. The Director leads the Membership, Volunteer, and Hospitality Coordinators, partners closely with Communications, Adult Discipleship, and Operations, and reports to the Senior Director of Connection and Family Ministry.
