Rather than another point solution for capture, writing, or scheduling, InfluTracker is designed to be the system of record for modern content creation across individuals and teams.The venture begins with an initial product, real users, and immediate feedback loops to accelerate iteration and go-to-market. Content Editor Part Time - Weekend 100% Remote Job Description + Hours/Schedule Overview: This remote position operates from Saturday to Sunday from 8 AM to 4 PM OR 4 PM to 12 AM + The Editorial Operations Specialist ensures the smooth delivery scheduling and quality assurance of entertainment content across multiple platforms. This detail-oriented role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills organizational abilities and cross-functional collaboration to uphold service standards and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the point of contact for weekend editorial operations. Content Scheduling Publishing: - Manage weekend editorial calendars across platforms and homescreens. - Schedule and publish content using CMS tools ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on promotions and features. Editorial Support: - Support merchandising efforts by managing content updates-additions changes and removals-across multiple platforms using various content management systems. - Assist with major merchandising initiatives including programming setup entitlement validation and screenshot capture. - Program and troubleshoot sports news promotions for live linear and OTT events. - Monitor live content for accuracy functionality and visual integrity. - Flag and resolve any issues related to broken links incorrect assets or publishing errors. QA Triage: - Troubleshoot content issues using internal databases ticketing systems and lookup tools in coordination with internal and external teams. - Monitor content delivery from external partners ensuring compliance with service level agreements and escalating when necessary. - Oversee QA ticketing and triage to ensure proper ingestion and platform functionality. - Verify and troubleshoot sports promotions for live linear and OTT events across platforms. UX Editorial Design Nice to have not a must - Design high-fidelity UI components layouts and visual assets for all platforms - Translate user research and wireframes into visually engaging and user-friendly designs. - Develop and maintain design systems style guides and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms. - Create prototypes and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions. - Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work with a focus on user experience. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe Creative Suite Sketch or similar - Solid understanding of UX principles responsive design and interaction design. Qualifications - 2-5 years of experience in digital content publishing editorial operations or merchandising. - Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital asset management tools. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Experience in graphic design visual design or UX/UI design. - Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Clear and effective communicator with internal teams and external partners. - Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues using a variety of tools. - Dependable and self-directed during weekend shifts with consistent and punctual attendance. - Experience with content management systems scheduling tools and ticketing platforms e.g. Jira. - Adaptable to evolving team needs and ad hoc responsibilities. You are equally comfortable discussing GPU architecture, high-speed networking, power and cooling, and explaining those concepts in a way that enables sales teams, partners, and customers to confidently design and deploy large-scale AI datacenters. You thrive at the intersection of architecture, marketing, and enablement—bridging engineering detail with business impact. You have strong written and verbal communication skills, can distill dense reference designs into crisp technical briefs, and enjoy teaching others through structured training, presentations, and workshops. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:<ul><li>Customer-Facing Content for Reference Architectures<ul><li>Translate internal reference designs for AMD Instinct GPU clusters into clear, customer-ready technical briefs, reference architectures, and deployment guides.</li><li>Articulate system-level value propositions—including performance, scalability, networking, power, cooling, and TCO—in language that sales and partners can confidently use with AI data center customers.</li><li>Develop “what to say to customers” guidance, including common deployment scenarios, sizing recommendations, architectural tradeoffs, and design best practices.</li></ul></li><li>Sales & Field Enablement<ul><li>Partner closely with sales, FAEs, and solutions engineers to ensure consistent, accurate, and compelling messaging for AMD data center GPU cluster solutions.</li><li>Create and maintain enablement assets such as pitch decks, whitepapers, FAQs, competitive positioning, and architectural overviews.</li><li>Support strategic customer and partner engagements by providing deep technical context and architectural guidance when needed.</li></ul></li><li>Technical Training & Education<ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Design and deliver high-impact technical training for internal audiences (sales, FAEs, solutions engineers) covering GPU clusters, networking fabrics, power, cooling, and data center-scale deployment considerations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Deliver external technical training for OEMs, ODMs, CSPs, and end customers, tailoring content for varying levels of technical depth.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Build modular, reusable training content (slides, diagrams, labs, recordings) that can be scaled globally.</li></ul></li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Work closely with architecture, product management, and engineering teams to stay aligned with current and future reference designs and roadmap direction.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Provide structured feedback from the field to influence future reference architectures, documentation, and enablement priorities.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and quality across all published customer-facing materials.</li></ul></li></ul>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in technical marketing, systems engineering, solutions architecture, or a related role focused on datacenter infrastructure or AI platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of GPU-based AI clusters, including scale-up and scale-out architectures.</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of datacenter networking including400G/800G Ethernet, RoCE, leaf-spine topologies, rail vs. fat-tree designs.</li><li>Familiarity with power delivery and cooling for high-density racks, including air cooling, liquid cooling, and rack-level power design.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical content into clear, sales-ready documentation and presentations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Confidence presenting complex technical material in customer-facing settings within a fast-paced, large-scale organization.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Excellent written communication, presentation, and technical storytelling skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Experience working with OEMs, ODMs, or cloud service providers is a plus.</li><li>Experience with modern documentation and publishing workflows including Markdown, Read the Docs, and Jupyter Notebooks.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0in">Proficiency with standard productivity and publishing tools used for technical documentation and training delivery.</li></ul> ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field required.
