The role works closely with internal teams, repair vendors, and customers to obtain repair quotes, resolve discrepancies, expedite component returns, and maintain accurate repair management records. The successful candidate will support the Repair Management team by following up on repair quotations, coordinating component returns, updating operational systems, resolving documentation discrepancies, and preparing reports.
