Position Responsibilities** : + Assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activities + Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems + Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis + Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis + Measures key performance indicators + Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources + Prepares reports + Reviews procurement/planning systems + Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities + Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation + Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements + Communicates project objectives and activities **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 1+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite + 3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Experience and knowledge of SAP + 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience + Bachelor's degree or higher **Conflict of Interest:** Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria are met as outlined in our policies _._ **Credit Check:** This position will require a credit check **Total Rewards & Pay Transparency:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
