This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable and well-established organization that values teamwork, long-term employees, and continuous improvement.</div><div>We are looking for a strategic and hands-on purchasing professional who can lead domestic and global procurement efforts while helping drive cost savings, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.</div><div><br/></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies focused on total cost of ownership (TCO)</li><li>Source, evaluate, and manage domestic and international suppliers</li><li>Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships</li><li>Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials</li><li>Forecast purchasing needs and help optimize inventory levels</li><li>Analyze market trends and adjust purchasing strategies as needed</li><li>Lead cost-saving initiatives and support pricing/costing projects</li><li>Maintain procurement records and reporting dashboards</li><li>Lead and mentor purchasing team members</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to support overall business goals</li><li>Identify and minimize supply chain risks</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards and international trade regulations</li></ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred</li><li>7+ years of domestic and international purchasing/procurement experience</li><li>3+ years of leadership or management experience</li><li>Manufacturing experience strongly preferred</li><li>Strong negotiation and supplier management skills</li><li>Experience with ERP systems and procurement software</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills</li></ul><div><strong>Benefits Include:</strong></div><ul><li>Medical insurance options including PPO and HSA plans</li><li>Vision coverage</li><li>Company-sponsored dental benefit program</li><li>401(k) retirement plan with company match</li><li>Paid holidays and vacation</li><li>Opportunities for long-term growth and advancement</li></ul><div><strong>If you’re a motivated purchasing professional looking for a leadership opportunity with a stable company that values innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
