Job Requirements: <ul><li> Support procurement and purchasing activities to ensure materials and services meet operational needs</li><li> Coordinate purchase documentation and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies</li><li> Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding pricing, availability, and delivery status</li><li> Monitor open orders, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with issue resolution</li><li> Support reporting and tracking of purchasing and supplier performance data</li><li> Assist with supplier evaluations, bid reviews, and cost‑management efforts</li><li> Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes</li><li> Stay informed on market conditions and industry trends relevant to purchasing activities</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software</li><li> APICS, ISM or Greenbelt certification, or advanced degree preferred.</li><li> Minimum of 4 years purchasing experience. The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months.
