Partner with global category procurement teams and site procurement teams to identify and leverage sourcing synergies. Develop a strong understanding of internal customer requirements to effectively negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing. Identify opportunities to establish framework agreements for goods and services to improve automation and procurement efficiency. Negotiate contract terms that minimize financial and legal risk and ensure enforceability under applicable contract law. Interpret and resolve issues related to existing contracts with potential financial impact, including pricing formulas, tiered discounts, and meet/release conditions. Ensure operational procurement support delivers products and services that meet quality standards, quantity requirements, and delivery timelines. Manage supplier interactions, including performance discussions and issue resolution. Conduct market research and total cost analysis to support sourcing strategies. Support procurement operations by managing purchase orders and related transactional activities. Experience / Skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant job experience may be considered. 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles. Strong understanding of procurement and tendering processes. Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
