You'll work closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure we're sourcing the right components at the right cost, from suppliers we trust.</p><p><strong>What You'll Own</strong></p><p><em>Sourcing Strategy</em> Develop and execute category strategies for hydraulic components — pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, hoses, manifolds, and hydraulic power units — aligned with our operational and quality standards.</p><p><em>Supplier Management</em> Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM-tier and specialty hydraulic manufacturers.
