In this role, you will manage property listings, conduct in-depth market research, and assist clients in finding their perfect homes. Your expertise will be essential in negotiating contracts and ensuring seamless, efficient transactions. If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional customer service, we invite you to help us transform the future of real estate!</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Implement PLACE strategies for weekly lead generation. </li><li>Coordinate and conduct two open houses each month. </li><li>Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments. </li><li>Participate in team activities in accordance with team standards. </li><li>Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls. </li><li>Assist buyers in obtaining signed agreements and identifying suitable properties. </li><li>Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients. </li><li>Monitor activities and maintain client information using PLACE Technology. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Possess intrinsic motivation and a competitive drive in sales</li><li>Exceptional ability to build rapport, actively listen, and identify solutions</li><li>Proficient in prospecting and lead generation</li><li>Naturally adept at overcoming objections</li><li>Strong communicator with a commitment to service excellence</li><li>Licensed real estate professional</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Eager to learn and growth-oriented</li><li>Highly organized</li><li>Superior time management abilities</li><li>Industry experience is preferred</li></ul><h3>About-our-team</h3><p><strong>Legacy Real Estate Network</strong> became part of the PLACE ecosystem in July 2019, transforming into LegacyREN Powered by PLACE.
