Working closely with Construction, Architecture, Development, Accounting, and other teams, the Head of Purchasing will identifyopportunities to improve how EYA buys, builds, and manages costs while maintaining the quality, flexibility, and customer-focused approach that distinguishes EYA’s communities. This leader will be responsible for driving purchasing strategy across EYA’s residential communities, with a focus on continuous improvement, technology and data, cost management, value engineering, competitive bidding, trade partner relationships, and contracting strategy.
