Support FMS transactions by interfacing with U.S. Government stakeholders (DSCA, implementing agencies, program offices, and Department of State), reviewing and responding to Letters of Request (LOR), and supporting the development, pricing inputs, and execution of Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) and related FMS case documentation. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders (Programs, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Proposals, and Growth) and external counterparts-- including foreign government procurement authorities, U.S. Government, and in-country partners-- to ensure compliant, commercially sound, and risk-aware contract execution.
