Demonstrated working knowledge of Trimble Unity Construct (formerly e-Builder), or a comparable capital program management system, including project controls, workflow administration, scheduling, reporting, document management, and user support. As the Project Delivery Unit Manager, you will lead staff, consultants, and right-of-way activities across the full project life cycle: early planning, design, procurement, property acquisition, construction, closeout, and public reporting.
