A QE Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating testing and quality engineering activities for Sales Force Sales Cloud, Cisco and reporting for Call center, ensuring the quality and accuracy of Medicare-related systems, processes, and products, developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and working with stakeholders to resolve issues. Lead Integration testing for portal navigations, user interface, forms, links, images, and videos to identify bugs, errors, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
