Plans, organizes, directs, controls and oversees daily activities of the Laboratory Department to assure smooth, efficient and productive operations and quality patient care. Directs documentation, establishes record system, and maintains the oversight of all laboratory records, reports, statistics, logs and files to assure quality patient care.
