HAC-P TEAM (Hospital-Acquired Condition – Prevention Team)Provides frontline support focused on preventing hospital-acquired conditions, including BSI, CAUTI, CLABSI, and HAPI. May perform a wide variety of phlebotomy, milk lab, and clerical duties and basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and maintains the patient care and unit environment consistent with the policies, procedures, and practices.
