Develop, monitor, and report key figures (KPIs) for quality, communicate results to team and management, implement necessary actions to ensure performance expectations are being met, and visualize within areas of operations to ensure product quality prior to customer delivery, Supervise, coach, mentor, and support development of all staff in quality control and quality assurance teams in accordance with TRUMPF policies and principles and on-board and train new employees. Lead quality control and quality assurance teams to execute business improvement efforts and projects and lead and develop the teams conducting incoming goods and in-process inspections using various inspection methods (e.g., via CMM, via hand tools, via final inspection).
