Additional Responsibilities: Provide patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation; supervise and direct the nursing patient care team including CNAs, LPNs, and technicians; document patient care and responses promptly; collaborate across disciplines; manage patient care efficiently during high-pressure situations. Submission Requirements: Must include work history, skills checklist (current within 1 year), Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years, Michigan RN license, and active AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
