Construction Management: Oversees advertisement and construction of state and federally funded VDOT Locally Administered Projects (LAP), including: Contractor procurements, in accordance with federal and state procurement and civil rights requirements, including: Preparation of contract documents for bid advertisements, including obtaining required VDOT review and approval.
