Work includes, but is not limited to, inspection of earthwork, hot mix asphalt, concrete structures, concrete placements, base course, subgrade, guardrails, culverts, drainage structures, curb and gutter, sidewalks, lighting, signals, striping, utilities, and traffic control. • Work hazards or potential work hazards include exposure to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, mist, chemicals and severe weather conditions; driving of vehicles; working in and around heavy equipment; and performing duties on rough terrain.
