Coordinates with user groups, operations and maintenance staff, finance, risk management, and other internal partners; Builds effective relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, inspectors, and authorities having jurisdiction. Provides executive-level oversight of design and construction activities from concept through closeout; Monitors project performance metrics and intervene as needed to resolve issues related to cost, schedule, quality, or risk.
