MINIMUM EDUCATION Required Minimum Education: Specialty/Major: Radiologic Sciences Preferred Education: Specialty/Major: Radiology/CT LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS (must be non-expired/active unless otherwise stated): Required: ARRT(R) Registered, current BLS Certification Preferred: ARRT(R)(CT) Registered, ACLS preferred, previous experience preferred MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Years and Type of Experience: 1 yea of CT experience, 2 years of Radiology experience preferred Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Broad Range of Technical Skills. Weekend Days 8A-830P, Call Not required, but can pick up if desired BLS, ARRT-CT and VA Radiology License required ITO interviews, Hiring manager conducts second interview Unit Specific Details Minimum 30 cases per shift Will work inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room Able to work in fast paced ED environment Will need to work independentlyGE Revolution Ascend 64 slice scannerAll ages patient population--General Category DescriptionUnder the direction and supervision of a radiologist/physician performs all procedures within the CT section of the Department of Radiology.
