The position is the leader of the field team and is responsible for identifying stalled work, tracking account and contractor status, supporting customer communication, monitoring documentation quality, and escalating issues that affect cycle time, contractor health, weatherization production, Health & Safety conversion, verified savings, and overall program performance. Effectively communicate with internal departments, including but not limited to Operations, Finance, Data, Engineering, Quality, Marketing, and Talent Management, to ensure projects are appropriately coordinated, documented, resourced, and targeted to meet program expectations.
