The Process/Quality Engineer will lead process improvement initiatives, including product and material non-conformances, root cause analyses, corrective actions, lean implementation (Front to Back Initiatives), continuously reduction of waste, and implementation of safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvement activities. Working closely with manufacturing, R&D, sourcing, engineering & Maintenance, EHS, and outside vendors, this person plays an important role in ensuring product compliance, quality output, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in safety, productivity and cost.
