The Quality Inspector III provides technical expertise in process validation, defect analysis, and compliance while mentoring junior team members to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a cleanroom-based environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within an ASQ-certified manufacturing environment and possess strong skills in inspection techniques, blueprint reading, GD&T interpretation, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products and components.

p>Job Summary: Inspectors are responsible to the Director of Quality for the performance of all required inspections in accordance with the Quality Control Manual, OEM’s manuals, and the applicable FAA regulations. Inspectors are responsible for full compliance with all procedures provided by the Repair Station Inspection System as appropriate to any item being inspected, overhauled, repaired or altered by the Repair Station.
Quality Inspector performs various receiving inspections, in-process inspections, verification of completed paperwork, identifying non-conformance issues, final product inspection and checking dimensions of production detail parts and assemblies using hand tools such as calipers, scales, micrometers, and height gauge as well as operating CMM. Inspectors should be proficient in blueprint reading as well as specification interpretation and be able to apply these skills to perform first article inspection using in-house programs such as DISCUS and Net Inspect.
