Procon is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager / Construction Manager to support the leadership and operation of an integrated Program Management Office overseeing a complex, multi-project capital improvement program in Washington, D.C. This full-time, onsite position will support program-level planning, design, procurement, construction, cost, schedule, risk, and quality management across multiple government and institutional facilities. 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in program management, construction management, or project management supporting large government, institutional, commercial, or public-sector capital programs.
