Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent Diploma with 4 years of experience in Analytical Chemistry Data interpretation, experience with Analytical Instrumentation, including but not limited to HPLC, GC, and IC, experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), 3 Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry and 3 years of experience in Employee Management including recruitment, interviewing, hiring selection, coaching, mentoring, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent Diploma with 3 years of experience in Analytical Chemistry Data interpretation, 3 years of experience in Analytical Instrumentation including but not limited to HPLC, GC, and IC and 2 years of experience in Employee Management including recruitment, interviewing, hiring selection, coaching, mentoring, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
